STAR Group undertook an electrical fitout project within the building, which includes services to the first class amenities that the building provides. These include on-site parking and luxurious end of trip facilities such as showers, change rooms, lockers and bicycle storage.

STAR Group’s services provided on the project included:

  • Service Protection Device for existing Main Switchboard 
  • Modifications to existing main Switchboard
  • Circuit breakers and rising mains
  • Modifications to existing Electrical Services; and
  • Metering facilities.
