Star Group delivered the electrical and communications services for the West Camden Water Treatment Plant Upgrade, supporting critical infrastructure improvements that will accommodate population growth across Sydney's south-west and improve effluent quality into the future.
Engaged by Downer/BMD JV, Star Group's scope included the delivery of electrical, instrumentation, control and SCADA systems across the Membrane Bioreactor (MBR), Inlet Works and Chemical Dosing facilities, together with site-wide distribution, lighting and power systems, equipment integration, testing and commissioning. The works were completed within a live operational treatment facility and included upgrades to support the plant's long-term capacity, reliability and operational performance.
