At Star Group we deliver and maintain the buildings and infrastructure our communities rely on, such as hospitals, defence facilities, transport, aviation, utilities, data centres and major commercial developments.

Whatever your role, your contribution matters and our people consistently tell us that one of the best parts of the job is seeing a landmark come to life and knowing they played a part in it.

We believe learning never stops. Development opportunities include:

• Apprenticeships and traineeships
• Technical and professional development

Our apprentices and project teams are regularly recognised through the NECA Apprentice and Project Awards.

• Twelve additional leisure days per year

Note: Some benefits depend on role, location and employment type.

We celebrate the wins and take pride in recognising our people who make outstanding contributions.

Our programs include our Value Champion Awards, Best & Fairest Awards, service milestones and team and project awards.

We're proud of what we do and equally proud of the difference our people make in supporting communities in other ways.

Our Australian Red Cross Lifeblood Team brings employees together to help save lives through blood donation. Our people take part in charity partnerships, community fundraising and volunteering, and events like the Balmoral Burn bring them and their families together for causes that matter.

When our people fundraise for a cause close to their hearts, we back them with company donations and help spread the word across the business.
