The Chatswood Metro Apartment Development project consisted of the construction of 553 apartments in 3 high rise residential towers, all of which vary in height and orientation, namely, the Grand, Spire and View towers. All three towers are brought together by a 5 level base podium, this project also includes a landscape area, gymnasium, pool enclosure and 3 basement levels of carpark.

Star Group has provided the electrical, communications and security services to the project, this involved services to a total of 111 storeys between the 3 residential towers that accommodates a variety of one, two and three bedroom apartments as well as penthouses.

Star Groups provided the following services to the project:

  • Power services and supply
  • MATV system
  • Lighting Systems
  • Earthing Systems
  • Security Systems
  • Fire protection systems
  • Meter panels and energy supply meters
  • Telecommunications outlets
  • Pathways for National Broadband Network (NBN)
  • General power outlets
  • Cabling and cable support systems
  • Communication Systems; and
  • C-BUS control.
