Star Group has provided the electrical, communications and security services on the project, which comprised of services that has successfully renovated and converted the building from a former dormitory style accommodation and hospitality school use into a contemporary hotel. This has been achieved through both internal and external upgrades, as well as restoration works to the heritage aspects of the building.
Star Group’s services provided on the project included:
- Electrical Services
- Electrical works for Fire/Hydraulic and Mechanical services
- Earthing Systems and bonding
- Emergency and Exit light system
- Communications services
- MATV; and
- Security Services.
