Star Group delivered the electrical, communication, security and high voltage services for the project, which includes services to 9-storeys dedicated to cancer treatment, research and health services and the ground level which incorporates an integrated medicine centre, retail areas, transit lounge and support areas. Star Group also provided the aforementioned services to the 3 below ground levels which accommodates areas for diagnostic imaging, general support, engineering plant and an additional 100 car parking spaces.
