STAR Group provided the electrical services on the project, which consists of works on the office and retail space of the building, as well as to the premium, end of trip facilities that Workplace6 provides. These facilities include showers and change rooms, lockers, bicycles, sporting equipment and bicycle racks.
Star Group’s services provided on the project included:
- Make safe and strip out of all redundant electrical electrical services
- Communications and Data
- Audio visual services
- Security services
- Low voltage power system including metering, submains, distribution boards, subcircuits and related earthing systems
- Lighting and emergency lighting including expansion of existing base building centrally monitored system; and
- Cable trays, raceways and catenary wires.
