The 1 Denison Street Development project entails the construction of a 37-level high commercial tower that provides an excess of 60,000 square metres of premium office sapce in North Sydneys CBD. The project also involved a basement parking that accommodates 225 car park spaces and a multi-level lifestyle precinct that houses iconic restaurants, retail and bars. The renowned feature of 1 Denison street is the public forecourt area as it demonstrates a fusion of urban structures and natural features.
