STAR Group provided the electrical, security and high voltage services of the project to ensure the delivery of a Premium Standard building, as well as being designed and constructed to achieve a 5 NABERS energy rating and 5 Greenstar rating.
STAR Group’s services provided on the project included:
- Low voltage electrical services
- High voltage electrical services
- Metering, including power supplies, Authority Tenant Meter Panels and Private Meters
- Diesel Generators services, including fuel tanks
- Lighting systems, including lighting control system and emergency lighting systems and exits
- Lightning protection requirements
- Services to FF&E
- ICB Network
- Distributed Antenna System
- UPS system
- Security Services including EACS, CCTV and intercom, including installation of cabling and electronic door hardware
- Security High Level Interface (HLI) at a systems software level only to the lift contractors installed DCS System
- All interfacing with other services disciplines
