At Star Group, we place a strong emphasis on developing our people and nurturing future leaders. Following the momentum of our Pilot Mentorship Programme, we're excited to build on its success with the next Programme commencing shortly.
The program continues our coaching-style mentoring approach, designed to encourage deeper conversations, active listening, and personal reflection. Using a solution-focused model, originally facilitated by Annette Gray, mentors are supported to guide rather than direct, creating space for mentees to explore challenges, build confidence, and unlock their own potential.
Mentorship makes a meaningful difference. With strong feedback and clear impact shaping our direction, we remain committed to expanding these programmes and creating more opportunities for mentors and mentees to connect, learn, and grow together.
