Star Group provided the electrical, communications and security services on the project, which consisted of services to the new 6,500sqm, A-grade commercial tower and to the on-site tenant car park that accommodates over 100 vehicles.

- Switchboards
- Low Voltage power systems
- Accessories and outlets
- Cable Management systems
- Metering systems
- Security systems
- MATV/Pay TV systems
- Communications
- Testing and commissioning; and
- Operational Maintenance and defect liability.
