The UTS Broadway Campus Redevelopment project compromised the demolition of the existing building and the construction of a new state-of-the-art glass encased podium and 17-storey tower. This reconstruction redefines the southern gateway to Sydney's CBD and adds to the architectural diversity of the university as the futuristic finish of the facade brings a unique sense of openness and transparency to the heart of the Broadway Campus.

STAR Group provided the electrical, communications and security services of the project, which entailed services to the new library and reading room, collaborative theatres, Hive Super Lab, food court, terraces and gardens, as well as student commons.
