The Constitution Place Development Project consists of a 5 storey government office building which contains a child care centre in the Mezzanine. The project also involved a 12 level commercial building that accommodates a 5 Star Adina Apartment Hotel Grand and houses a total of 130 rooms, spread across 4 levels.

STAR Group provided the electrical and communications services of the project, which entails services for the ACT government offices building and the 12 storey mixed-use tower which houses commercial spaces, office spaces, child care facilities, gymnasium, end of trip facilities and accommodates 550 car park spaces.
