The PARQ on Flinders development project encompassed four medium rise towers designed around a large internal landscaped PARQlands. The precinct accommodates 224 residential apartments which include a variety of one, two and three bedroom suites and a range of remarkable ‘Sky Homes’ and Penthouses. This development also consists of several retail outlets and commercial spaces that extends the Wollongong CBD to the PARQ on Flinders doorstep.
