Star Group delivered the electrical and communication services of the project, which entails services to the upgrade of the existing rail links and stations, the extension of 8 new above ground, underground and open stations, a new dedicated Operations Control Centre and a new Rapid Transit Rail Facility.
Star Group’s services provided on the project included:
- Project Management
- Cable hauling equipment
- Communications equipment, plant and consumables
- Cable pathways and cable drums
- Anchors, fixings, attachments, and the like
- Permanent and temporary labels, notices and signage
- Secure cables off the ground in neat coils to prevent damage; and
- Labelling of cables and associated cable ties.
