The development comprises multiple towers inclusive of a 59-storey high-end residential tower containing 158 super premium luxury apartments/sub-penthouses/penthouse and a world-renowned 5-star, 30-storey, 220+ room hotel with two restaurants, spa & wellness area & function/ballroom over a common 6-storey basement.
