Star Group was engaged by Total Construction on behalf of the client, Bunyundah Nominees Pty Ltd for the additional aged care development within the existing Kankinya facility at Lyneham.
The Kankinya Lodge project provides 28 new single ensuite rooms, sitting and dining areas and other amenities such as a hairdresser to the existing aged care facility. Star undertook the electrical and communications works, engaging subcontractors to undertake the security, dry fire and MATV works.
